Water comes into the lake at the north end (Clear Branch Creek) where you will find old tree trunks standing the test of time and creating structure for bass.  I am told the record bass weighed in at 14lbs.  Again, you can work with the existing fish population or begin your own management plan.  Built by a prior land owner in 2004, the lake is simply spectacular and certain to provide you and your family endless entertainment.
